The Bhagavad Gita is known as the song of the Self. It is a dialogue between Arjun, who represents the questioning state of mind, and Krishn the realized Being. It helps people who study it to live and act in the world with greater freedom and awareness.

In this 5-week course, we will study a selection of different verses covering these topics

  • Karm Yog: How to remain in balance and equanimity while acting in your daily life

  • Gyan Yog: How to live the uninvolved state that allows us to have freedom from the pairs of opposites, such as victory and defeat, gain and loss, pleasure and pain

  • Meditation Yog: The most important technique for unfolding the knowledge of the Self

  • Symbolism of the Gita: Focusing on key characters who represent different aspects of the human consciousness such as duality and divinity

  • Each session includes meditation and praanayam

  • Every class is recorded, so you never have to miss a session


These sessions are wonderful for anyone who loves satsang and meditation. There is always such a lovely group dynamic where everyone has a chance to express and discuss different points of interest. The main point is that we just fly in the Space.
