This course explores the direct path to inner freedom through the wisdom of Indivisible Yog—the recognition of your true nature as whole, formless, and ever-present.

 

Drawing from Chapter 5 of the Bhagavad Gita, we contemplate the state of one who is the Watcher, free from the sense of duality, beyond desire and anger, and established in peace.

 

Through guided meditations and subtle inquiry, you will be led to discover:

• Know the Watcher as You

• Formless, Indivisible You

• Kiss the Space

• Initiation into Meditation

• Mantra and the Unborn, Undying, Unchanging

 

This is the journey toward becoming a Brahm Vaytaa—a knower of the Supreme Reality— a natural state of being.

 

The result is the awakening of God-consciousness: a quiet clarity in which the mind rests, and the truth of your own Self shines unobstructed.

 

Each session includes guided meditations, teachings from the Gita, and illuminating spiritual stories to support deep understanding. And experience a beautiful selection of Praanaayaam exercises. Recordings of each class is also available.

Each class is recorded so you never have to miss a class.  In every class, we have a meditation and discussion time. In these meditation evenings, we discuss different satsang topics and create an atmosphere that enables us to be absorbed in the space of meditation. Regular meditation is the key to unfolding the highest awareness. These classes are a great inspiration for one’s own practice. It is always great to have good company and friends to practice with.
